What if they don't want to do it?
That is exactly why we send a handwritten letter. You want this to be special, and show them that you care about their story. We have found that most people want to talk about their story. They just have to be given the opportunity.
Do they need special equipment?
They do not. We can work our magic as long as they have a modern smart phone. If not, reach out and we can find a way to help.
Can't I do this myself?
